主机（初级）部分的主要过滤手段为反渗透设备，其利用反渗透膜技术去除无机物、有机物和微生物。进入主机的水经过一次反渗透后，可串联再经过一次反渗透处理，称为双级反渗透系统。最后一部分是分配管路系统，把透析用水输送到透析机或其他使用点。Aqua A是其中的主机部分。
